About the Role

St John Ambulance International Association (SJAIA) is inviting applications for the role of State First Aid Educator. In this pivotal position, you will represent your state in building awareness and training individuals in essential first aid and emergency response skills. You will lead state-level training initiatives, support local teams, and contribute to the national vision of creating safer, more prepared communities across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured first aid training sessions at the state level.
• Collaborate with district and local educators to ensure wider outreach.
• Conduct awareness campaigns to promote first aid knowledge and preparedness.
• Develop and adapt training materials suited to local community needs.
• Maintain accurate training records and submit state-level reports.
• Foster partnerships with schools, colleges, hospitals, and organizations within the state.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline or above (including ANM, GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. Nursing).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to organize and conduct training programs effectively.
• Passion for community service, healthcare, and education.
• Willingness to travel across districts in the state.
• Prior experience in nursing, healthcare, or training is highly desirable.
