To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years old, currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in India, and have a genuine interest in first aid and community service. Prior first aid certification is preferred but not mandatory as we provide training.
The application process typically takes 2-3 weeks from submission to final decision. This includes initial screening, possible interviews, and reference checks. We try to process applications as quickly as possible while ensuring thorough evaluation.
While prior experience or certification is beneficial, it's not mandatory. We provide comprehensive first aid training to all successful applicants. What's more important is your willingness to learn, commitment to helping others, and ability to work well in team settings.
