If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at shipping@stjohnambulance.org. We can only modify the address if your order hasn't been shipped yet.
Yes, we ship to PO boxes for domestic orders. However, for international orders, we recommend using a physical address to avoid delivery issues.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@stjohnambulance.org with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
