Position Title: Block First Aid Educator

Vacancies: 1 Male & 1 Female in Each Block (PAN India Block wise)

Work Location: Across India (Block Level Assignments)

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline or above Nursing qualifications such as ANM, GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or M.Sc. Nursing will be given preference.

Role Overview:

The Block First Aid Educator will be responsible for delivering structured first aid training programs across communities, schools, colleges, and organizations at the block level. The role is designed to ensure that essential life-saving knowledge and skills reach grassroots levels, creating a culture of preparedness and safety in every block across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct First Aid awareness sessions and hands-on training workshops within the block.
• Deliver demonstrations on CPR, bleeding control, burns, fractures, choking, and other emergency response techniques.
• Work with schools, NGOs, health centers, and local authorities to expand outreach.
• Train volunteers and build a network of community first responders.
• Maintain attendance records, training reports, and feedback from participants.
• Identify community needs and customize first aid awareness modules accordingly.
• Support in emergency preparedness drives and special health initiatives.
• Act as a local brand ambassador for first aid education and community health promotion.
