About the Role

St John Ambulance International Association (SJAIA) is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to serve as National First Aid Educators. In this role, you will help spread vital life-saving skills across communities, schools, organizations, and workplaces nationwide. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, raising safety awareness, and promoting emergency preparedness across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive first aid training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Raise awareness about the importance of first aid and emergency care.
• Develop and deliver customized training materials for various groups.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant data.
• Collaborate with local, district, and state-level teams to expand outreach.
• Promote a culture of safety, preparedness, and community resilience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline or above (including ANM, GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. Nursing).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching, training, and community service.
• Basic knowledge of first aid (training will be provided if required).
• Ability to travel within assigned regions.
• Prior teaching, training, or healthcare experience is an added advantage.
